AUTOMATIC FILL PROGRAM – Our state of the art computer system monitors daily the average temperatures. Those calculations are added to every customers individual consumption model. That enables us to predict your next delivery and dispatch a truck without your involvement in keeping vigil on your tank and remembering to call and place an order. 

GUARANTEE – We back up our auto-fill program with a no-charge 24 hour emergency delivery program. With Ullman Oil Company as your supplier, you are able to contact someone in the evening, weekends or holidays. We know of no other company that offers this level of service. Our guarantee is that we will dispatch a driver to provide fuel and restart your furnace after the oil is received by our emergency paging service. Our guarantee is limited to supplying fuel and restarting the furnace. We will not be responsible if any damage to property occurs due to a delay in notifying us of the outage or service required due to deteriorating equipment. This guarantee requires that your account remain in current payment terms. 

SERVICE – Service is what ultimately separates Ullman Oil Company from our competition. Most phone orders are filled from within 24 hours. Our automatic fill program guarantees that you will not be without oil. 

PRICE PROTECTION PLAN – Every Fall, the Ullman Oil Company offers a Price Protection Plan, taking the worry out of future price spikes. Flyers are mailed in September for sign ups. If you do not receive one, please contact our customer service department for additional information. 

SIZE – We operate 7 full time tank trucks, the largest fleet in the area offering 6 days per week service during the winter months. 

COMMUNICATION – All trucks have direct communication to our dispatch center. 

PAYMENT PLAN – With credit approval, you may select a monthly budget or 30 day payment plan. We also offer automatic debit and credit card payments.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY – Ullman Oil Company is a fully branded distributor of Exxon/Mobil, Bp, and Marathon Oil Company. This insures consistent high quality products.
