Price Protection Program

We are once again pleased to offer our residential heating oil Price Protection Plan for the 2019-2020 year. By utilizing this plan, we are able to secure an agreement that establishes a price cap to the volatile energy prices we have witnessed.

As prices go down, your price continues to go down; if prices go up significantly, your price will stay the same at $2.799 until contracted or protected gallons are used.

How do you do this?

  1. Determine how many gallons of fuel you want to “price protect” for this season by the fuel you purchased last year.

  2. You’ll be placed in our Automatic-Fill program where we keep your tank full all season long.

  3. Complete the Price Protection Contract on our website: ullmanoil.com

  4. You can pay any way you’d like: ACH, online, check, credit card, or cash.

If you sign up for ACH today, you can save $10 off of your program fee.

Price Protection Contract: I want protection from the possibility of higher fuel prices. Please provide the following price protection for my home heating oil account. I understand that:​The program runs from October 1, 2019 through April 30, 2020. I will not pay more than $2.799 for my #2 home heating oil (plus sales tax). I will pay less than $2.799 if the market is less (plus applicable sales tax). I will price protect the first 500, 1000, etc. gallons purchased after Oct 1, 2019. I will keep my account balance current. I will be an auto-fill/keep-full customer with Ullman Oil Company. I will pay a small non-refundable fee associated with the Price Protection Program. I will complete and sign this contract and return it with my non-refundable enrollment fee to Ullman Oil before October 1, 2019. I understand there is no refund if not all gallons are received. ​I understand that Ullman Oil Company, LLC has a limited number of gallons available to price protect and that the program is on a first-come, first-served basis. I further understand that if gallons are not available, my enrollment fee will be returned.
